I was out today in Rancho Santa Margarita meeting with several small businesses about how their businesses are doing in this economy and what we can do to help. It was sad to hear many are just a really just hanging on and hoping they get help from some where. Whether that is with a landlord and renegotiating a lease or getting out of a long term print contract and certainly reducing inventory they are doing what they need to do to get business in the door and that includes cutting back on marketing.
So when I approached them about our Localadlink Advertising Program what do you think the first response was, sorry no money for that.
Happily though we were able to show them immediate results and you will see many new businesses popping up under our program. I walked away feeling like we can truly help keep local dollars in this community. Keep posted!
